I forgot to add the creamed corn, but I'm not sure that would've helped. The meat filling was great though!

Very bland. I even added fresh garlic. My husband had to eat his with hot sauce on top.

We thought this was pretty good. The beef was maybe a little overpowering so I am going to try this again and add some chiles to the beef. But I will definitely be making this again.
