I thought this was great. The whole family ate it too which is always nice! I always double to make a 9x13 to have plenty of leftovers. This recipe tastes even better the next day.

Pretty tasty actually and easy to make. I baked the hashbrowns for 30 mins so they were crispy and we didn't have french onions or brown gravy, so sauteed some minced onion with the beef and used mushroom gravy. Oh and I added some seasoning salt to the hashbrown mix before baking.

I liked the meat, potato and veggie combo - but I don't think I am sold with the french onions on top? My family did like it. I think next time maybe I will not put the onions on top, but just in the casserole, with a little more gravy and then I might rate it higher. Not a bad flavor, just didn't leave me wanting more.

This was very easy & delicious! I used Onion gravy rather than Brown Gravy for a little extra flavor. Wonderful!

I used a whole package of brown gravy (scaled to 2 servings). For mixed veggies, I used carrots, pearl onions, celery, green beans, & mushrooms. Instead of frozen has browns I used Simply Potatoes brand fresh hash browns and browned on as skillet before placing in a dish to go into the oven. These were ok but won’t be making them again.

This was really easy to make. I think next time though I will be leaving out the vegetables. I didn't really care for that, otherwise it was real good.

Fast and easy to prepare for a complete supper. We loved the crunch and the taste of using the canned onions on top. Leftovers warmed up decently in the oven also, covered with aluminum foil.
