I made a lot of additions to this one if efforts to make enough to freeze for later and add veges. I used 4 cups pasta, added about a 2 cups of frozen corn, half a green pepper, a can of kidney beans, and a can of mushrooms. (pretty much whatever I had on hand that sounded good.) I loved it! And it did make enough to freeze for a the guys when I have to work. I used a honey barbecue sauce. I liked the sweetness, but my husband very politely suggested a different type of sauce for next time.

I tried it once with shredded cheese and was not a fan this time I used a can of cheddar cheese and thought the flavor and texture was much better.

This was an interesting twist on your everyday noodles and tomato sauce. My 3 and 1 year old loved it.

I was skeptical of this combination of ingredients, but it turned out to be a very satisfying dish! I used extra garlic (I always do!), and next time I will add a bit more cayenne pepper. I also threw in frozen corn and baked it at 400 for 8 minutes or so. Great recipe since it is yummy for the whole family and most of the items are staples!

This was very quick and pretty good. I would make it again if I needed a quick meal! I added about 1/2 a green pepper and a stalk of celery along with the onion and garlic just to get some more veggies in there, and added the butter & milk to the pasta after draining and then put it all into the same pot to mix as others had suggested. I also baked this for 10 minutes @ 450 with some extra cheese on top. I would definitely recommend that step. Thanks for a quick satisfying supper!

Quick and good! We made the box mac & cheese, added to ground beef with seasoning, and added bbq sauce. If you like mac and cheese and any ground beef dishes like sloppy joes or stroganoff you will love this.

Delicious recipe, I love it! For those Cincinnatians out there - use Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce...just delicious. Only thing is immediatly after draining macaroni I add butter and cheese until melted (no signs of butter left solid). After that I add milk, stir, and then add the remaining ingrediants. I find melting the milk and butter unnecessary.

We changed this a little to accomodate ingrediants on hand: can of corn, barbeque sauce + about 1/4 cup of chili sauce. We skipped the cheesy sauce and just sprinkled a little cheese in with the whole casserole. Baked in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes. Everyone loved it!

I totally did not like this recipe. I didn't care for the taste and neither did the rest of my family. It just tasted weird. Probably nothing wrong with your recipe, but totally not for us.

Never had a pasta recipe that I didn't like until now. Family didn't like it either.
