I used the oriental ramen noodle mix...I did cook the noodles with the simmering steak...I used a stir fry veggie mix and added 1 can of bamboo shoots...tasty... would make again.

We made this substituting chicken breast and chicken ramen and it was delish! I also omitted the cornstarch because I don't like that texture. Thanks for a fun and flexible recipe!

It was okay. I might have used too much cornstarch. If I make again I will used less beef broth and no cornstarch.

Very yummy. Even my kids ate it. I made it again and used chicken flavored ramen, left over rotisserie chicken, sliced onions, chopped broccoli, carrots and celery.

I enjoyed this and thought it was pretty good. I think that it could have used more soy sauce or maybe something like sesame oil or teriyaki sauce. My kids gobbled it down and everyone had seconds.

loved it!! so quick to make, but i would definatly continuously stir in the final steps, those ramen noodles have a tendency to stick to the sides of my wok.

I didn't pre-cook the noodles, just broke them up a bit and put them in once the liquid was hot. It worked just fine and saved a step, and another pot to clean! I added a little more water to the wok as well, to make sure they'd have enough to cook properly. Great recipe--my whole family loved it!

I used ground beef, frozen oriental-style vegetables, and 3 packages of ramen. Made a very quick meal with plenty of leftovers.

I made a batch of this for 8 and cut back on a lot of the ingredients. Like I didn't use 4 cups of the broccoli, or 4 (15 oz.) cans of the baby carrots. I cut that in half, and the dish went over extremely well. I was quite surprised by the full flavor.

This was great, I only made 2 small changes, I used moose meat instead of beef and I changed the peanuts for cashews. Wonderful quick and easy meal. Thank you
