It was very eye appealing with the red and green peppers but it was over all very bland. The soy sauce I used made it a touch too salty, I would suggest using lite soy sauce. Maybe some garlic powder or some other spices would make it more flavorful. Also the meat takes over the rice, I would definetly add more rice. I also cooked it in a 5qt dish, 2qt was not big enough. So all being said and done I don't think this will be a repeat for us, sorry.
