Delicious! Great dish to make ahead of time and then just pop in oven when it is time. I made a few changes. Used Bisquick Mix and reduced the milk to 1/2 cup to correspond with their recipes. I added 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 tsp. black pepper. Instead of ketchup, I added 1/2 c. hot salsa which gave it a little kick. I sprinkled it with 1 c. Tex Mex grated cheese blend.I served it with a cucumber salad on the side.

This was a easy and a good tasting recipe. I added more ketchup than called for and added a drained can of corn. Next time I think I will try adding spag. sauce instead of ketchup and a drained can of mixed vegetables. My son enjoyed this and suggested that I try adding some taco seasoning to it the next time.

Great recipe!! I probably used more cheese than called for, but I love cheese. Think I'll try one of the seasoned diced tomato choices next time. I used fresh tomato this time.

This was pretty good and basic. It's really hard to go wrong with these ingredients. Just to perk this up, I added a layer of mashed potatoes to the bottom and next time I think we're going to incorporate veggies as well. This is a definite kid pleaser too!
