This was very tasty - I used plain diced tomatoes and seasoned it myself with basil, oregano, garlic and onion powder. Also I browned the meat with an onion. I put the meat back in the pan with the tomatoes and uncooked pasta. I did find that I needed to add about an extra 1/2 cup of water as it cooked. I think maybe the heat was too high. Just keep an eye on it and you can guage for yourself. A good recipe.

This was wonderful and my "I don't like anything right now" 5 year old ate THREE bowls. I did add a bit more garlic and onion but it was delicious and SO easy!

My family loved this recipe even after I listened to them complain about having zucchini in it.

This had way too much parmesan cheese for my personal choice. In fact, it will be awhile before I can eat any parmesan cheese again.

Nothing special, but good for getting rid of extra ground beef you have on hand. I'll make it every once in a while, I think.

This was a quick and yummy Hamburger Helper meal. I only used a pound of hamburger and added red pepper flakes and garlic salt for added flavor. I cooked the zucchini for 10 minutes instead of five.

This was NOT Hamburger Helper, I did change a few items, 1/2 Italian Sausage & 1/2 Ground Beef, I added a large sweet onion sliced, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and to loosen the sauce about a 1/4 cup of red wine, other wise I followed the recipe to the letter. This is superb.

It's like Hamburger Helper but from scratch - I'll never make hamburger helper again! Great basic recipe. Here's my changes: 1 1/2 ground beef, 1 can italian diced tomatoes, 1 to 1/2 can beef broth, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 1/2 cup pasta, 1/2 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper, 1 teaspoon italian seasonings & 1 cup parmesan-ramono cheese, salt & pepper.

This was good but I wouldn't say it blew me away. Quick and easy enough to prepare which is a plus and I would make it again.

I just thought this was ok. It was fast and easy, which was a plus, but as far as the taste went - nothing great to me, just ok. My boyfriend really liked it, but then again, he really likes everything!! I followed advice of others and cooked an onion with the ground beef and also added an extra half can of beef broth. It definately needed that extra half can, maybe even more.

This receipe was very good! I would advise kicking the ground beef up with addtional seasonings such as garlic and oregano and maybe some basil also a small diced onion add that with the ground beef while browning the meat. I will cook this again!! Thanks for a great receipe.

I like it better if I add a small chopped onion and a clove of minced garlic to the meat. I omit the beef broth and cook the pasta sepratly. A family favorite - quick and easy.

Quick, healthy one pot meal. It's good but does need more flavor. Garlic, S&P and italian seasonings. Goes great with garlic bread and if the kids liked mushrooms I would have added them. Cooking time for me was longer. All the moisture was evaporated before my pasta was cooked through so I added 1/2 cup of water, which seemed to be just enough to finish cooking out the pasta.

Quick and Easy to make...My husband was not crazy about this dish. He had to add a tons of salt and pepper. But everyone has different taste buds. Between the zucchini and tomatoes I felt like I was eating healtly. The only thing that I had to do is cooked the zucchini longer than 5 mins. I think I cooked it for about 10-15 mins. Other than that this was good.
