thank you so much for this recipe! i have a very picky husband and he actually liked it!the only thing i did different was add some diced potatoes to make it even more hearty but only because my husband is a big guy and has a very physically demanding job so he is famished by the time he gets home.i will definately be making this part of our regular family meals!

This recipe was great! Very flavorful and created a good gravy. The only thing that I did differently was I didn't add the salt until it was almost down cooking so I could control how salty it would be. Other then that I followed everything to the T. Will be making this again.

Excellent and filling! I put this over bow-tie pasta, topped with a spoon of sour cream and sprinkled with chopped parsley for presentation. Tasted as good as it looked! Thanks for sharing Lesa!

I prepared this exactly as directed. It drives me crazy when people give a good rating to a recipe and then proceed to list all the changes they made!! It was very flavorful and a nice change from beef burgundy recipe.

I don't know what to say. I was looking threw the recipes and saw pictures of beef tips and stroganoff, they looked really good. So I decided on this recipe. I don't think this was the right recipe for us.Sorry.

You can't even taste the onion! This is so good & easy to make, except it does take time chopping up the onions by hand. The meat was tender & stew was flavorful. This is a keeper recipe.

Very good and simple to make. I added peas and mushrooms along with a little salt and pepper. My family seemed to enjoy it quite a bit.

Three days after I prepared this, my 18 year old son who hates onions and rarely eats at home still raves about this recipe! I added carrots and potatoes to make it more "stew-ish" and it was pretty sweet, but we all loved this recipe.

This was a fast and tasty meal.All of the family enjoyed it. I did have to thicken it a bit at the end but the meat was very tender.

I usually do not make anything that does not have a review yet but I decided to try this one. The only thing I left out was the lemon pepper, and it was very good. At first it didn't look like it was going to be very good but as it simmered it make a thicker gravy and it was great !!!
