This is one of the meals you will want to serve when you are short on time. The whole family will devour this one up. I made a double batch and froze one for those late nights when I dont want to cook.

This was surprisingly easy. I call it "Gourmet Hamburger Helper." My husband asked for seconds! I used Maverick ground meat and low fat Velveeta. I think cheddar cheese or any other cheese would work well if you don't like Velveeta.

I think that this is the best recipe. I am a newly wed learning the ins and outs of the kitchen, so needless to say I look for anything that is easy. This is IT!! It was delicious. My husband, (which is very picky) LOVED it. I will fix it again. Thanks for sharing..
