Very good...quick and easy dinner. My changes: 1lb. beef-this was plenty,lots of fresh garlic, 4oz.tomato sauce, a drained can of Rotel and cumin. I did pre-bake the bottom crust about 5minutes and layered the extra cheese (mexi-blend) on top of the beef mixture with the biscuits on top. Browned up beautifully, no sogginess anywhere. Served with fresh fruit salad and corn.
Whole family enjoyed, not too spicy for my daughter and almost spicy enough for me!
