I'm not a big beef eater but my husaband is. He loved this and I ate some too and liked it. We had parsley buttered noodles, marinated vegetable salad on lettuce and Irish soda bread. What a great winter meal!

I'm giving this two stars because I thought it deserved zero but my boyfriend gave it four. I used Guiness as the beer and maybe that was my mistake. I don't like Guiness, but my boyfriend does. My suggestion is to use a beer you can stand the taste of!
