Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce, onion and green bell pepper. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, until tender. Mix in beef stew meat. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until evenly browned.
