Amazing! Made it for Christmas and have been waiting for another holiday to make it. We ate the leftovers a few days later (I doubled the gravy) chopped up tenderloin with the gravy over egg noodles. Sooo good!!!

This was absolutely amazing. The sauce was incredible, both my kids went to town on it and ate every bite and my boyfriend loved it. I haven't cooked for him before since this is a semi new relationship but he said it was great and is now wondering if every meal I make will be this good. Thanks so much for the recipe. It will be one I will make again and again.

Absolutely fantastic, followed the recipe to a tee. First dinner cooked for BF and I know he was impressed. Excellent flavor! Cannot wait to make again, could easily see this becoming Christmas dinner. Con: Beef tenderloin is super expensive, but worth it!

This is by far, not only the best meal I have ever made, but the best meal I've ever eaten. Haven't even had it this good in a restaurant. A little pricey but worth it.

I made this for Christmas Eve Dinner and it was wonderfull! I did put the shallots and bacon in a blender to make a smooth sauce, but I think it would have been just as good if I had left it as is. This will be a new Christmas tradition in our family!
