this was really good. I took Valerie's advice and add some little extras. I made it for me and my husband. I cooked it in 2 separate oven safe bowls. I used a can of 6 crescent rolls for the dough. 2 for the bottom and 1 for the top for each. for the middle i did 1C rice, 1C spinach, 1/4 lbs beef, 1/3C Parmesan, 1 egg, 2tbsp + 2 tsp Italian bread crumbs, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic, some Mrs. Dash, and about 1/2C shredded cheddar cheese. cooked at 350 for about 25mins. It was good. really needed some Feta or pepper jack instead of the other cheeses but my husband made up for that by adding Tabasco sauce. It's definitely a do over for us! next time with some Feta.

We all loved this one! It needed some flavor added though, hence the four star rating. I added onions, garlic, thyme, sage, and red pepper flakes.
