Outstanding recipe! This was my first experience with flank steak---I'm sold! I pounded the entire steak, then sliced the strips, then pounded each strip to a nice uniform consistency. Otherwise, I followed the recipe letter for letter. These have a wonderful flavor, and came out super-tender! These little guys do shrink to about 2/3 of their original size, which was great for me because all of that meat looked a little challenging for two people. Thanks for an interesting new recipe!
