This was wonderful. I don't use miracle whip, and didn't want to buy any for one recipe so I substituted sour cream for it, absolutely great. I'm always worried about trying new recipes, but this turned out great.

DELICIOUS! I also substituted 3/4c. of sour cream instead of the Miracle Whip. I used a mexican style shredded cheese blend instead of plain colby. Pace Chunky Medium Salsa gave it just a small kick. Very good!

If I'd made this as written, I know we would have found it really boring, so I made the following adjustments: sauteed some diced onions and added it to browned ground beef; added a little taco seasoning, some ground cumin and some red pepper flakes to the meat; used roughly crushed Ranch-flavored chips; topped it off with a combination of extra-sharp Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. It turned out pretty good!

This was a real winner! I used 3/4 cup of sour cream instead of teh mayo and used a blend of colby and monterey jack cheese. Other than that, I stuck with the original recipe and it came out great! Thanks for the quick, easy, delicious meal idea!

I substituted the salad dressing for sour cream but that was the only change. I couldn't believe how well it turned out.

It was great, made it with cheddar and mozzarella because I was out of colby but still tasted good.

My family loved this dish. There wasnt any leftovers. I made a few changes, instead of using chile powder, I used a pkg. of taco seasoning. I used cheddar cheese instead of colby. And on the top of the cheese, I put diced tomato, green onion, and hot pepper.

This was great! Easy and quick, and everybody loved it. I used 16 oz. salsa, sour cream instead of salad dressing and omitted the corn. Also, I didn't add the sour cream to the beef mixture but made its own layer between the tortilla chips and cheese. Thanks for the great recipe, we'll be making again and again!

This was just okay. The tortills chips get soggy and would make more sense just putting them in the bottom of the bowls people are eating out of. It didn't have much flavor either. It's a good base recipe, something to add tons of flavor to and try diffrent combos of ingredients.

This is a good recipe and so easy. I made my 15yr old make it as punishment and serve me for a change! Haha! He made it with ease. We left out the mayo, used mexican cheese and frozen corn. Served with sour cream and jalapenos.

My family loved this. I made it as stated on the recipe with the exception of adding some black beans to fill out the recipe a little more. My husband ate half the pan that night and it was finished the next day. I was a little wary of the miracle whip but used it any way and liked the zippy taste that it added that sour cream would not have. Thanks!
