This really is a good "starter" for so many things (chilies, soups, casseroles, burritos, tacos) and makes getting dinner together in a snap quick and easy. I don't know why the other review said it was too sour. There are no ingredients called for that are sour at all. Perhaps the problem was with the quality of their ingredients. Their review makes no sense at all to me.
