Yummy Pineapple Beef Steak Marinade

This tangy, salty, and sweet marinade is especially good on steak, but would work well on any meat. Made with Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar, this marinade has an island flavor. Grill some pineapples and prepare some Caribbean rice to complete the meal.

This super quick marinade is great for summer grilling and chilling! I use this recipe to marinate 1 pound of flank steak, but you can't go wrong with chicken or even firm fleshed fish. Marinate at least an hour, or preferably, overnight.
