I LOVE this recipe! I pretty much followed it exactly, and I fell in love with the result! I want to make them all the time now!

I really liked these, but after reading the reviews about the blandness of the meat filling, I seasoned it with taco seasoning. I also added black beans to the meat filling, and used corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas. I believe the flour tortillas would have tasted better, but corn is what I had on hand. For the sauce, I used half a can of rotel since I didn't have any green chiles on hand. Still, all this tasted wonderful.

I made these for my boyfriend and he loved them^^ very easy to make. I only had to make a few changes and an accidental change when I found out my cottage cheese had chives in it but they came out amazing!!

I have been making these for over 10 years now..it was one of the first recipes I made from scratch as a kid out of college. I love combination of flavors..you can make different adjustments to this recipe with great results..such as adding more spice, hot peppers or substituting low fat cheese. A great weeknight dish.

i left out the cottage cheese, and instead of tomato sauce i used stewed tomatoes and instead of green chiles i used jalepenos. I put the sauce ingrediants into blender and pureed.

This was a great recipe the seasoning for the sauce was awesome except i used one whole green bell pepper and minced onion instead of a fresh onion for more flavor. I also did chicken instead of the beef and instead of the cottage cheese i used a cup of sharp shredded cheddar ( my boyfriend hates cottage ) regular parsley wiorked fine, and they look and taste great! Will do this again :)

This was nice that it used things I usually always have on hand to prepare. I used corn tortillas because that's tradition. Instead of canned green chiles I used 1 frozen Hatch green chile from my freezer and chopped it up still frozen. The sauce had a really nice flavor. It was similar to a marinara rather than a chile flavor sauce. It was thicker than I thought it should have been and a little sweet. The overall dish was a little dry though and needed more sauce. I cooked the meat with some chopped onion and garlic and added a little comino for flavor. We all liked this okay and agreed we would eat it again if prepared, but have other recipes we like much better.
