These were yummy but, as mentioned by others, not so much like enchiladas. My family liked them and I will make them again.

I made this for the family and we really enjoyed. I took note to the meat filling being bland, so I drained the liquid from the chilies to the sauce and put the chilies in the meat.. Also added some pepper.. Took garlic and sauted it up with the onion and green bell... Very good, I served w/refried beans

Not bad, although I have to agree with the other reviewer who said these aren't enchiladas but rather enchiritos. So true. But a good base. I've made them using regular olive oil instead of vegetable and that makes them much lighter. A good base recipe on which to build, but not full-on genuine enchiladas.

I did everything the recipe called for, except, I substituted cilantro for parsley, and added sour cream to the finished product, and it came out great!

These were pretty good; although they are not enchiladas. These are more of an enchirito(hence the flour tortillas). All in all, the flavors came together nicely and they weren't too much trouble to make.

It was really good, but I would have to agree that the beef mixture was a little bland for our taste. The sauce was excellent though! My husband loved it!

Hi, I'm from Germany and we actually don't have Mexican food there. I just know it from going out to eat to Mexican places here in the states. So last night I tried out that recipe and I have to say it was great and my man told me I really did a great job. He even took the leftovers for lunch.

Loved it! My husband said these were the best Enchiladas he ever had! We like spicy, so I added about 3 squirts of hot sauce to the hamburger mix. For the sauce, I doubled the chili, added some shakes of hot sauce, and added a chopped Jalepeno pepper in addition to the other green chili. I served it with a bit of low-fat sour cream. Thanks for the great recipe!

The meat was very bland tasting. The sauce, although very good, did not have enough "Zip" to perk the overall taste of the enchiladas up.
