This recipe was wonderful! My husband loved it so much he told me not to cook the next night so he could eat leftovers! I added fresh chopped cilantro and green chilis. Turned out great! I will be making this again.

No they aren't tradional enchiladas but they are very good. Next time I am may double the enchilada sauce.. the packet I bought was Mcormicks and I don't know what happened but after baking them in the oven the sauce was absorbed & they turned out a little dry. I would also add some more seasoning to the meat. This recipe would be good using chicken too. I would also add some jalepenos for a little kick! But for a inexpensive and easy meal this is fantastic!

It's okay, but the tortillas really need to be corn. It also didn't have much taste. I've had better.

These were quite tasty. I added 1/2 an envelope of taco seasoning to the meat as other people suggested. They were easy to make and my husband who doesn't like Mexican food enjoyed them as did my 10 year old daughter. I'd make them again.

I ate these two nights in a row, but I won't make them again. There was something missing. I don't know if it was because of the flour tortillas, but I think I can definitely find a better recipe.

Really easy to make :-) I added one clove of chopped garlic, a small can of green chilis (I like spicy, but even the green chilis barely added any heat), and a packet of taco seasoning to the ground beef :-) An easy family pleaser.

These were very good and super easy to make. I used the 10 minute enchilada sauce also found on this site rather than a packet (my grocery store doesn't carry a huge selection). Thanks for sharing the recipe.

We thought these were good. I used canned enchilada sauce to make them and did as some other reviewers did and put some sauce in with the hamburger, and also some cumin and chili powder in with the meat. We also put a bit of the cheese in to. Then folded them up. Topped with more enchilada sauce. A good recipe for a quick meal!!

this was very easy, a nice change from corn tortillas. i did use ground turkey, a homemade enchilada seasoning substitute, and shredded mexican cheese blend. forgot the black olives, but they didnt need them. made with brazilian white rice(from this site)and tortilla chips with homemade salsa. will make again

I make these easy enchiladas all the time... the key word is easy. Instead of the sauce mix, I buy a can of enchilada sauce. I pour some in with the ground beef to give it a nice flavor. They re-heat well the next day. Also, I don't see the problem with flour tortilla shells. This recipe never promised to be 100% authentic. For personal taste, my boyfriend and I prefer the flour shells in this recipe... he requested them for his birthday dinner! For a cheap meal that can be done in about 30 minutes, this is a keeper.

These were pretty good and super easy. I liked the recipe because it used flour tortillas rather than the traditional corn which I don't like. I used canned enchilada sauce. Next time I would add some Mexican seasoning to the beef. Otherwise they were really yummy.

Loved this. Was really craving enchiladas and these were so rich I could barely finish 2! I love them. This recipe does clearly state 'quick and easy' not 'authentic Mexican'! So I guess if you're 'offended' by enchiladas being made with flour tortillas then this recipe is obviously not for you.

i thought it was yummy, even though i completly altered the recipe. this is what i did, and it was good. #1- i seasoned the beef with some cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and just a little chili powder. to give it that meixcany taste. #2- i just bought enchilada mild sauce in the can, put some of that down in the casserole dish. took flour tortillas, filled them with beef and cheese, wrapped em up enchilada style, poured more sauce and put cheddar cheese all over it... #3- baked it, and when it came out, put some sour cream, cilantro, and a few chopped jalapenos on top! very good! and cheap it was like 7 dollars to make it!

This was very good, but you absolutely have to add in taco seasoning or it comes out very bland!
