This was good. I would definitely make this one again! I made half of this as written, but omitted the whipping cream and subbed a little milk to achieve the consistency I was after. I added the salt to taste, probably not using the full amount. And I added a couple of chopped green onions. Next time I would cut back on the celery, probably by half and increase the grapes, again by half. Good chicken salad and especially nice on a hot humid day. UPDATE: 6/7/15 - I made 1/2 of this recipe again and decreased the celery to a generous 1/4 cup and increased the grapes to about 3/4 cup. I just eyeballed the onions and again didn't use the heavy cream. We really liked this served with a little extra bunch of grapes on the side. Although please take note, half of this recipe only made two entrée size servings for us. No way does the full recipe serve 10.
