I love this recipe. It's even BETTER when you use pine nuts instead of almonds. Just toast up 1/2 cup of pine nuts...delicous!

So good - just the right amount of crunch and I love the sweet and salty combination. My toddler son loves this!

Thia is our go-to recipe for showers and functions. Its great, I do use less mayo than suggested and I use celery salt instead of regular.

Oh my word this chicken salad is SO amazing! My Aunt made this for a baby shower only her recipe didn't call for parsley so I made it without that and also a half cup of whip cream instead of the heavy cream. (That couldn't have made much difference in the flavor though.) Anyway, I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff!!!

This is awesome! I made this for myself and a friend for lunch the other day and the only thing I didn't add was the grapes. I whipped up a little whipping cream since I had some on hand and put the salad on croissants and added some sliced red onion and avacado. Wow, we both couldn't believe how delicious this salad was. will make this for lunch for friends as much as I can! Thanks.

Every time I make this I get complimented on it. I use a lot of finely chopped parsley and the flavor turns out great.

I have made this recipe many, many times. I use about 3/4c. mayo and 1/4 tsp. cayene (as suggested by another reviewer). Often I don't bother with the whipped cream, just use the mayo. We love it.

Recipe ended up kind of runny. Didn't really like the flavor or style of the chicken salad. Will probably never use this recipe again.

This is really good. I've made it several times. I've substituted walnuts for the almonds and also added a little green onion and both worked well. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great recipe. You can make it ahead of time, but I recommend leaving out the grapes and nuts until the last minute, otherwise the grapes get squishy and the nuts lose their crunch a bit.

I made this recipe for a baby shower luncheon at our church. It was a huge hit! Everyone wanted the recipe. I put it on lettuce with a scoop and it made a very pretty presentation.

There are so many great chicken salad recipes on this site, its sometimes hard to chose! I love the sweetness that the grapes add to this. I don't ever add celery, personal perference. Thanks, Becky, this makes a terrific sandwich! The wh.cream in this also gives a unique blend to the ingredients.
