With a little tweaking, as per previous reviews, this barbecue sauce was delicious. I changed it by using half the ketchup, adding 1 Tbsp of chili powder and a few drops of Tabasco, and substituted garlic powder for the onion powder. I baked chicken thighs in the oven with a little of this sauce, and then an hour later, drained off all the juices. Then I slathered each thigh with the sauce to bake another 20 minutes or so, until they were sticky but not wet. The flavor was exactly what a sweet barbecue sauce should be, and I think it would be even better on spare ribs, which I can't wait to try!
