Ground turkey is sauteed in olive oil along with shredded carrot, sliced mushrooms, garlic, chicken bouillon and herbs. This tasty filling is then piled into a deep-dish pie pan, topped with homemade mashed potatoes and popped into the oven until it 's golden.

This Thanksgiving-inspired version of Shepherd's Pie is wonderful year-round. Savory turkey is mixed with a touch of stuffing and a layer of vegetables, all topped with a fluffy and sweet potato mixture.

This simple pot pie is a great way to use turkey leftovers and eat your veggies at the same time! Cream of mushroom soup may be used instead of golden mushroom soup in the filling.

This pie is made with pizza dough and filled with a hearty, savory concoction. Turkey sausage meat is saut Eed in olive oil along with diced onion and green pepper, and then a nice tomato sauce is stirred in. When everything is heated and combined, this zesty filling is poured into a pre-baked crust, topped with another round of pizza dough and baked until the crust is golden.

This pie is hearty and lower in fat. The mashed potatoes are whipped up with butter and olive oil, and the filling is a savory mixture of lean ground turkey and lean ground beef. Onions, carrots, peas and low-fat beef broth add wonderful texture and flavor. The filling is cooked up, heaped into a casserole, and topped with mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

The perfect way to use up all the leftovers from Holiday Feasts. You can substitute any meat for the turkey. I have used beef as well, and it makes a wonderfully tasty dish that doesn't remind you that this is the 4th time you have eaten Christmas dinner. Turkey stock can be used in place of turkey gravy.
