2 1/4 cups
1 1/2 cups
crispy rice cereal
unsalted roasted peanuts
light brown sugar
orange blossom honey
smooth peanut butter
Very yummy! Mine aren't quite sticking together perfectly but they will probably harden more. It's only been 45 minutes. They are quite sweet, which I like. Very easy to make. I subbed cashews for peanuts since that's all I had. Love the crunch from the rice cereal!
Awesome!!! These set up perfect - I boiled the honey mixture until 230 degrees though based on the other review. Hint - buttered hands help to press mixture into pan.
