Original Recipe Yield 1 - 1 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Medium cycle; press Start. When done, remove bread from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
