I didn't really like this, but i'm not into mint fudge and that is what it was. I love mint stuff but this just isn't for me.

These mints are wonderful! They set up great left in the fridge overnight. I will definitely make these again. I cut the pieces smaller than 1/2", more like 1/4" and it made, probably 200 or so. YUM!

These were good but not something I would make again. Mine turned out just like mint fudge and I just wasn't crazy about the taste. Glad I gave it a try.

I used this recipe for a Champagne & Chocolate Bridal Shower. Instead of placing the mixture in an 8x8 baking dish, I spooned it into a cookie press and used the star form. They turned out so beautiful and tasted wonderful. Our guests couldn't get enough.
