This was a very easy and good recipe. My kids ate these vegetables without complaint! I followed the recipe except that my peas took about 6 minutes to cook and I didn't add the pimentos (did not have any on hand). We will be having these again.

I made this a while ago and thought I had commented on it, but apparently not. I really like the flavors in this recipe, but I think I'll stick with my usual cooking methods of blanching or sauteing. Microwave cooking never works well for me, and this recipe was no exception; my snap peas were a little overcooked at 3 minutes - darn. Thanks anyway!

Not bad, although bf complained. He didn't think they were cooked enough (I thought it was okay) and just didn't like the sugar snap peas in general we had. He said they were too "mature". I didn't know he was so picky about them! Anyway, I thought they could use a bit more flavor. I'm also not a huge fan of microwave cooking, but that's just a quirk of mine. Thanks for the recipe!
