Oh my! SOOO good... And super easy. I didn't even let it marinade for the full hour, only about 20-30 minutes by the time they were on the grill. I offered one to my friend, he couldn't stop!

always turns out perfect, I also add scallops to marinade. I've made as kabobs & have also BBQed in basket. Our favorite recipe.

This is simply delicious and easy to make. I didn't change the recipe in any way, but I do recommend using fresh basil not dried.

My wife and I just finished our 4th of July barbecue supper, and this is the recipe we made. Per one of the other reviews we cut the mustard amount in half, but followed the recipe exactly otherwise. I picked fresh basil from the garden for the marinade, and this is the BEST shrimp we've ever tasted. It's absolutely excellent, couldn't be improved upon, and we recommend it!

These were delicious. I tasted the marinade prior to adding the shrimp and didn't think it tasted very good, but decided to go ahead with it anyway. I'm glad I did! Served with Insalata Caprese and grilled italian bread. Yum!

This was great! I prepared this for my mom and me last week, but i made a couple of changes. Used 3 TB olive oil, omitted the butter, added more garlic, a splash of white wine and just 1 TB of mustard. Also added swordfish and calamari along with the shrimp. The swordfish had a funny taste, not sure what happened, but the calamari and shrimp were extremely flavorful and delicious.

You will enjoy! My family raved and raved, even my father-in-law ;) I agree with other postings that marinating for too long will dry out the shrimp. The last time I made it ahead of time but waited to add the lemon juice until later(right around the time I started soaking the wood skewers for the grill) that seemed to help.

This dish is wonderful. I made it last night and only added some lemon zest and a sprinkle of smoked paprika. This may be one of the best shrimp recipes I've tasted.

I also marinated chicken in the sauce. very good, but next time I will take the shrimp shell off. I wanted to try it this way thinking the sauce would get in between the shell and shrimp and have a stronger taste. But i think the sauce is to thick for that, so for now on i will take the shells off
