I found this recipe trying to use up some cottage cheese. I followed this recipe to a T and the texture came out terrible. They were very dry. I wouldn't make again.

I wanted to use up the cottage cheese and cream cheese lurking in my fridge so I did an ingredient search and came up with this. I had trouble judging when I'd got a 10 inch circle so I used a dinner plate to give me an idea of the size. A very easy recipe and delicious too. I'll definitely make these again. Many Thanks.
