This recipe was delicious and eye appealing! I used half basil and half oregano. I also used a can of diced tomatoes and I didn't use any hot sauce. I served on whole wheat spaghetti. It was healthy and delicious! Even my picky husband liked it.

This is one of my all time favorite things to cook! It is so light and refreshing! In the winter, I use canned tomatos and it is every bit as good! I think I add a little extra garlic and some red pepper flakes as well. So good!

This was really good. I cubed the chicken and then cooked it in olive oil and sprinkled garlic salt while it was cooking. I also used 2 cans of whole tomatoes and about 1/2 of 1 a can of the left over juice. Next time I will add a bit more juice.

I used canned tomatoes and only a shake or two of garlic because I'm allergic to it. This still turned out great! I'll definitely make it again.

Yummy and fresh tasting. I used canned diced tomatoes and left out the hot pepper sauce. Keeps very well, too! Super easy to make. Will ABSOLUTELY make again!

This is really light and tasty. I used canned diced tomatoes (drained) instead of fresh tomatoes and a pinch of extra garlic and basil.

Wonderful recipe! I made this for my in laws after my father in law suffered a stroke and needed to change his eating habits. Everyone loved it. I changed the diced tomatoes to canned tomatoes preseasoned w/ garlic, basil, and oregano, however. Still a wonderful dish! A++!

I am usually intimidated by cooking with meat, but this was a very easy recipe and it came out great. I used canned tomatoes, which gave it a nice flavor. I like that it's simple and healthy.

I made this last night with just a few modifications. I used 1 can of diced tomatoes with the juice (hubby is not a big fan of tomatoes). I also used whole wheat thin spaghetti and i eyeball most of the other measurements. I added crushed black pepper and that was it. It was very tasty and even the tomato stubborn hubby went back and finished it off.. so much for leftovers for lunch today!

This had a lot more flavor than I was expecting. Next time I make this I'll try to make a little more sauce. We used chopped grape tomatoes and a little bit of canned diced tomatoes. Next time I won't drain the can. Definitely recommend this for a light dinner.

I tweaked the recipe a little bit because I didn't have a copy with me as I was buying the ingredients and cooking but it tasted pretty good! I didn't put hot sauce but did add some white wine. You can also use italian sausages instead of chicken.

My husband and I really liked this recipe, but I did add some balsamic vinegar to help the flavor. It is light and healthy, kind of like a bruchetta flavor over noodles.

Very tasty! I didn't add the hot pepper sauce, we don't like much heat in our food. It still turned out very yummy! It is a great light dish for those looking to get healthy. Will definitely make this again!

This recipe was awesome. My husband is not a fan of "healthy", but he loved this! I changed a few things...1) sauteed mushrooms in balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil and added it toward the end 2) diced one fresh tomato and added one can of diced tomatoes in balsamic, garlic and olive oil (hunts)3) added thyme and lawrys seasoned salt. It was excellent and even better the next day! Definetly NOT dry or bland.
