My husband thought I brought this home from a restaurant. It was delicious. You do have to dedicate your time to the stove while cooking, but it was worth it.

I thought it was terrific. I am on a diet where I can have fat but not with carbos, and this was excellent served over greenbeans instead of pasta. It also goes well substituting veggies for the chicken and using dill instead of basil. Two thumbs up!

I had a similar dish at Macaroni Grill that I'd been craving and this recipe came very close. I used bowtie pasta and added fresh mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes and substituted the cream with evaporated milk.

If you like garlic, basil, and parmesan, this recipe was very nice. The next time I make it, for a change of pace I may add a little white wine and sauteed fresh mushrooms.
