WOW! Don't need to change a single thing. my husband and I both agreed it was better than any pasta we've had at a restaurant. Of course, most anything would be good with that much heavy cream in it. ;-) I'd give it 15 stars if I could!

This dish is AMAZING. My boyfriend ate about 3/4 of the helpings and told me that I should always make this. I think this dish would taste pretty good with shrimp, too.

Great easy dish! In a pinch for time, it was a hearty weeknight meal. Kids had multiple servings... Will make again for sure.

This pasta dish is excellent and is good when you cant have red sauce! The only problem I have is that I use the shredded parmasean in a bag and that sometimes tends to stick to the bottom of my sauce pan and doesnt melt thoroughly. Also the recipe is not so great the next day as the wonderful sauce becomes oily. Definetly eat this up the day you make it!

I thought this was a quick, easy-to-prepare, and tasty recipe. I didn't have any heavy cream in house so I used some Land-O-Lakes Fat Free Half & Half. So while the sauce at the end wasn't as thick as the recipe called for, it was lower in fat. I took the recommendation to add frozen broccoli to the boiling pasta water... great idea! And my partner likes a little heat, so I added some chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Thanks to Stacey Adkins for sharing her recipe for a nice hearty weeknight meal.

I thought this was a good recipe. I did as other suggested and doubled the sauce. I also added a few shrimp to this mixture. Next time I prepare this I will probably add some kind of green vegetable to give the dish a little color.

This one gets a "so-so". I was a bit disappointed in the sauce. It was more of a paste. I think it has a lot of potential if it were doctered up a bit.

As it's written, this is a little bland. Her are some things I added or changed: I added 1 cup of fresh broccoli. Frozen would work too, but I had some on hand. I added 1 small can of mushrooms. I didn't have heavy whipping cream, so I used milk, doubling the sauce recipe, and I added 8 oz. of lt. Kraft cream cheese to thicken the sauce. I used lemon pepper in place of black pepper, and I double the amount of basil. I also add 1 tsp of granulated garlic to the sauce. My kids really loved this, and it made it more of a complete meal.

Very good, but not much innovation here. It's essentially chicken alfredo with basil.

This recipe was good, however I would definitely double the sauce next time. I also doubled the parmesan cheese, and added about 1Tbs of flour to thicken it. There was more flavor than I was expecting with so many reviews saying it was bland. It went well with a green salad. Next time I will put broccoli or some other green veggie in with the noodles.

This recipe wass very good! I used campanelle pasta and cooked 1 lb chix breast in butter and and added more heavy cream and threw in tomatoes with the basil. My husband and our guests loved it! I filed it under super-yum!

I'm not quite sure why this is rated so highly. I thought that flavor was lacking in this recipe, and it wasn't worth the calories that it contains. It was okay, but not great. Doubtful that I will be making this again.

It was good, with alterations! I eliminated the butter (use olive oil if needed), tried to cut down on the cream, and added fresh chopped basil to brighten the flavor. As always, I used rotisserie chicken to save on time (they are so easy to use, delicious, and cheap!)
