A tasty, quick and easy recipe. I took a few days off before Thanksgiving and wasn't sure if I wanted to serve brussel sprouts. I forgot how good they taste. I just ate my entire test batch and have to go out and buy more sprouts. Would recommend this recipe.

I used way too much pepper because I had less than 2 lbs brussels sprouts, but the end result was nice and hearty.
