My family and I loved the taste. Other than sifting the flour and adding it to the wet ingredients afterward (as user "Morley" suggested), I didn't do anything different with its preparation. The sifted flour was so fluffy that it mixed immediately into the wet ingredients without any problems. I didn't use any oil on the frying pan (since it was a non-stick pan) and the ingredients contained an oily substance- the butter- anyway, so the crepes did not stick whatsoever.

So simple and can be made non-dairy. I used almond milk and dairy free "butter" - turns out great.

DELICIOUS! Like another reviewer suggested, I added ¼ cup sugar to the batter. Definitely add the dry ingredients to the wet or you'll be whisking forever.

Absolutely LOVED. I did mix the wet ingredients first and then added the flour last. I also added 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar since I know I was going to use these as dessert crapes. I'm from Europe and this is exactly the way my mom makes it. DELICIOUS!!! Also this amount made about 6 or 7 crapes so if you are making this for more people I suggest doubling the ingredients. It stores well in the fridge or freezer between wax paper.

These crepes were excellent! I put bananas and whipped cream inside, rolled it like a burrito and put more whipped cream on the top.

Very good recipe! Made these for Mother's Day and Mom loved them!! Only change I made was i added the eggs, milk, and water all at once, then added the flour; this prevented big globs of flour in the batter. It was so delicious!

These were just OK for me. I took the suggestions of some reviewers to add some vanilla and sugar, but even with that they still tasted kind of egg-y. I think I'll experiment with other crepe recipes before passing serious judgment on these, but I was not excited about them.

These turned out great! You can easily make them sweet or savory just depending on what you put on them.
