Loved these! I followed a few suggestions others made... I added 1 tbsp of sugar & 1 tsp of vanilla extract for sweet crepes. I also mixed the dry ingredients first, then added all the wet. They came out perfect!

I needed to add more milk to the batter. I also added a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Yum!

tastes like straight flour, and the batter is too thick.

My best friend came over for a sleepover and we decided to make these crepes. We did EXACTLY what the recipe said and they were terrible. We could only eat two to four of them. We also made a second batch, hoping that they would turn out better. They didn't. They were just as bad. It was like eating rubber! I am NOT making these again!

Very good and easy! My daughter (who is 9) had to make a dish from France, and she chose crepes. She was able to easily make these for the family - we added some nutella and strawberries (and whipped cream)... yummy!
