I thought that making crepes would be hard but this was very simple to follow and they turned out fantastic.

Great crepe recipe. Mom use to make but never had a exact recipe. I mix everything together with a hand stick blender. I just add a little vanilla for a little flavor. Taste just like mom use to make. I put grape jelly on the crepes and there are ready to eat.

We have a couple of people in our family that cannot have wheat gluten, and this recipe converted easily and deliciously! I substitute a gluten-free flour mix (in my case Bette Hagman's Featherlight) plus 1/4 tsp xantham gum. I think that any gluten-free mix would work. Additionally, the gluten-free crepes hold up well, which isn't always the case with GF. I now make up a huge batch and store them in the fridge to use for lunches and breakfasts during the week, PBJ, Nutella, Ham & Cheese, Burritos -- so easy and so satisfying!

Delicious but try to get all of the lumps out of the flour/egg mixture before adding too much fluid.

very quick and easy, for a fraction of the premixed buy and add egg and water kits. I added a dash of vanilla extract to the mix for non-savory crepes and topped with marmelade, and a tiny drop of sour cream. Also great with any jarred preserves, i.e. cherry/blueberry grocery store brand. Makes a gourmet meal without alot of fuss, mix, pour, top and devour.

Very simple recipe to follow and basic ingredients. It makes your family impressed by your cooking talents, when it's actually very easy to do. Tastes good too. I made a whipped cream filling, sprinkled the crepe with powedered sugar and poured a hot blueberry compote over the top. It came out very well.

These are the best crepes that I have had since I went to France. I added 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 a tsp of vanilla. Then when they were cooked on the first side I flipped it and spread Nutella on them. They were great with my variation and as the recipe is.

Fantastic! Quick & easy. Had all the ingredients on hand. Also mixed wet ingredients first, then the flour. Spread some nutella, bananas, & almonds on the inside & rolled it up. It was great! I payed almost $6 bucks for this exact same thing in a restaurant once...well no more!

Excellent and easy. I tripled the recipie and finally quit cooking when I had over 35 crepes. I also mixed the wet ingredients and dry seperately and then whisked together. I added about 3/4 c. sugar and about 3/4 c. powdered sugar (to the TRIPLED recipie) as another reviewer suggested and they were awesome.

Y'all are right. This recipe is awesome. I've been making crepes for my children for years and this is by far the easiest and best recipe I've ever tried. I added about 1/4 of powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and it turned out fantstic. I definitely will try the orange zest and/or grand marinier next time.

This is a very simple and easy recipe to have for breakfast or dessert. I followed the recipe closely and just added a dash of vanilla and orange rind to make it a little bit more Frenchy. I served it with various fruit toppings, nutella, powdered sugar, and some home made whip cream. It came out very delicious. My husband, children, and in-laws enjoyed it so well we had to cook another batch. Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe to all of us.

This recipe is amazing! At first, I thought the batter had something wrong with it because it wasn't cooking correctly. Then I used a different pan and it worked like a charm! I put melted chocolate and peanut butter on top, it was delicious! Thank you for the recipe! It was phenomenal!!
