"Basic Crepe" excellent flavor! Did add a teaspoon of vanilla. Berries in season with a dollop of whipped cream. Unused batter just as good the next day.

This is a great crepe recipe! It's simple and easy, and made from ingredients that everyone has on hand. However, I did have to make some small adjustments. First, I always have to add extra milk and water to get the batter to the right consistency. Also, I add a couple spoonfuls of sugar to the batter to make it just a little bit sweeter. We serve this with my special banana filling. ( Fry sliced bananas in 1 Tbsp. of butter, add 1 Tbsp. of honey, and sprinkle with brown sugar and grated coconut. Fry just until soft.) This is truly a great recipe!

So simple and easy to make! I added a couple of tablespoons of sugar to make a sweet crepe then added some nutella and strawberries to the finished product. It reminded me of my favorite crepe place. Absolutely wonderful!

These are so quick and easy and taste great too! I find that they spread better in the pan if I make the mix the night before, refrigerate, and then cook them in the morning while the mix is cold. I add a tsp of vanilla to the mix, also.

I made them GLUTEN-FREE! and they were fabulous! This was my first attempt at crepes and I had NO trouble at all! For the all-purpose flour I used ONE CUP of a gluten-free all-purpose mixture (2 cups white rice flour, 2/3 cup potato starch - NOT potato flour, 1/3 cup tapioca, 3/4 tsp. xanthan gum). It made 10 8" crepes that my picky children and my husband gobbled up! Thanks!

Excellent. I made these more savory with the addition of chopped tarragon, parsley, and thyme. Also just dumped all the ingredients in a blender and gave it a whirl for 10 seconds. Ladled into an 8" non-stick pan brushed with a bit of butter befoure each pour. It made about 12 crepes.

I've never made crepes before so I was looking for something easy that wouldn't require me to stop at the store on my way home. This recipe was SOOOOO easy. My son has asked for them for breakfast every morning since that first day I tried them. I'll be making these for a long time!

This is a fabulous crepe recipe. Good for savory and dessert crepes alike. Recently I've had to avoid dairy and modified this recipe using margarine and vanilla soy milk. It still tasted fabulous!

I have ALWAYS wanted to try to make crepes, but they honestly sound really intimidating! However, after trying your recipe today, I realized how easy they are to make. One tip I have is to combine your ingredients in a blender. It's fast and easy, plus it prevents any lumps in your batter. I filled mine with sliced bananas, honey, and a touch of cinnamon. Wonderful recipe! Will use again! :)

My son wanted crepes for he and his friends so I told him to look up a recipe on the computer and he came up with this one. I am a very simple cook and this recipe was easy, quick and really good. The kids LOVED it. I put out fresh berries and powdered sugar and let them roll them and eat them with their hands. Big hit. Also, I quadrupeled the recipe and it was fine.

Crepes are very good for a weekend breakfast. All my friends who have tried them, like them (even the most closedminded ones.) They are fantastic with a dab of lingonberry preserves (can be bought at IKEA) or lemon sugar. Quick and easy to make.

Wasn't very good. The batter either was sticky and tasted undercooked, or burned. Maybe I need a new stove? There was no perfect in between!

Fantastic recipe! Followed it to a T and impressed the in-laws, she insisted I make some more and bring it to her salon for the other ladies. :) The only thing is that it is difficult to get those large crepes. Mine end up being pancake sized, but we just end up rolling them into cannolis or folding them over like an omlette. Delicious!

Its been years since I made crepes and I was very pleased with how these turned out. I made a filling of fresh bing cherries and almond and rum extracts, and topped the crepes with whipped cream and toasted almonds. I have some crepes left over and am looking forward to trying them with different fillings.
