Very easy crepes! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. For the next time, I would add some flavor such as sugar for sweet/crispy crepes and herbs for salty crepes.

Very good, time time consuming part is frying them one at a time like pancakes, only much faster. Batter in swirl in pan set, flip, set, out; family sneaks over shoulder and swipes. the swiping makes it hard to get a stack, but they all got fed, even if it was not at the table with the balanced meal I planned; it was fun.

These are the absolute most amazing crepes i have ever tried in my whole life. i LOVE them. they are fast and easy and taste delicious. highly recommended. (by the way, many people said that it makes no sense to mix eggs and flour in the beginning, honestly, it doesn't make a difference. you just have to sort of mix them together. dont have to mix it with anything fancy or electric either. ) :D amazing :)

I don't know what you were thinking saying to combine the eggs and flour to start! That's just bad cooking technique! I started to make these as you said (giving it a chance)and ended up with clumps, even using my hand mixer and adding all the milk and whatnot.... You need to change the instructions to have it make more sense. I'm sure everything combined makes a good crepe but I'm also sure that every experienced cook that has tried this recipe, looks at the instructions and changes them up for themselves and turns out great crepes. I am not going to do that, I'll look for another one.

This is the only crepe recipe which has worked first time! I did as others suggested- mixed wet ingredients and then whisked in the flour and salt. Fantastic results!

This recipe is a keeper! I've never had such great results from a crepe recipe as I have from this one. I just mixed my wet ingredients, and then slowly whisked in my dry ingredients. Leftovers store well in the fridge, and taste just as great a day or two later. I put the leftover batter in a tupperware shaker and just gave it a good shake before I was ready to make another batch. Instead of oiling the pan (or using Pam/spray), I put a small amount of butter in a nonstick pan, swirled it around, and then wiped the excess out with a paper towel. The pan remained just oiled enough to make several crepes without making them too greasy.

I love IHop German crepes. This recipe makes even better crepes. I read the other reviews and mixed wet ingredients, then flour. I added sugar, vanilla and a little extra water. Made 8 perfect crepes. My husband loved them. Best crepe recipe ever!

First time making crepes, surprised how easy they were to make! Thanks to the other reviews, I also mixed the eggs in with the other ingredients, then added the flour. I used whole wheat flour, and added about 1/4 sugar to the batter, and they turned out quite well. In the future I think I'll stick to white flour for dessert crepes, and whole wheat for savory/veggie crepes though! Taste was still great, but the texture of the whole wheat was a bit much for a dessert crepe.

Great, fun recipe for a 'beginner' with crepes! I swirled the batter each time until it coated the skillet, then as soon as the crepe started to shift when I shook the pan, I gave it a quick flip!

This was my first attempt at making crepes and it turned out wonderful. I added a bit of vanilla to the mix. For the filling I sauted bananas in butter, brown sugar and cinamon. Yummy.
