Ingredients

  • 5 pounds ground beef
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven cook the beef, onions and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes or until heated through. Cool. Place about 2-3/4 cups each in four freezer containers. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
