Toasted sesame seeds and blanched almonds are pureed and cooked with jalapeno and guero chile peppers, olives, and capers to make a flavorful sauce for chicken. When I lived in Mexico this was one of my favorite dishes.

Shrimp is simmered in a pork sauce. This recipe is my Grandmother's version of shrimp in Lobster sauce, it's the best that I know of. Try it out and see for your self, you'll love it.
