The rub for this recipe is the best I've tried, and I've tried a lot! The sauce is very good as well, but a few changes as others have stated. Less vinegar, add molasses & liquid smoke. I triple the rub for 3 slabs and feed 5 people with no leftovers. I do all the cooking on the grill. I put the rub on, then wrap in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Low heat 250-275 on the grill for 2-2 1/2 hours in foil. Remove from foil and cook for another 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 5-10 minutes. Everyone that has tried them, says they're the best they've ever had!
