First of all -- Thank You Gail for this tremendous recipe. These ribs are worth every minute of effort. Because of the comments of several other reviewers about too much of a vinegar taste, I added about 3 extra tablespoons of brown sugar, as well as some tarragon and rosemary. Otherwise, I left 'em alone. I fixed these for my wife for a birthday dinner -- she loved them. So did the kids. I have never cooked ribs before, but with these, everyone will think you're an expert.
