Tried this yesterday and they were delicious - my son couldn't get enough. I didn't have time to let them refrigerate after rubbing overnight - but even with only 6 hours, the flavour was lovely. (Next time, I'll know to start these a day ahead). Also, we made them with 'normal' back ribs (not baby back).
One thing to note: to remove the membrane from the back of the ribs before you start
