Delicious!! I am not a big fish eater, but my husband loves fish so I thought I would try this recipe. This recipe makes the fish taste so good! I bought 2 lbs. of halibut fillets and tripled the recipe. Everyone loved it!

I went with a recommendation from another review to bake it instead of grilling it because it was easier for me at the time. It turned out nice however I think the flavor would have been more intense by grilling it which I will definitely do the next time.

Absolutely delicious! So easy to make and the flavor was tasty without being overpowering. I did let the fish sit in a while in the sauce before grilling and it helped soak in the flavor.

This is a wonderful recipe...wish I could give it more than five stars. Not only is it easy, the flavor and presentation is "company-meal" worthy. Instead of grilling, I covered the halibut with sliced onions, and baked in oven (with sauce) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turned out fabulous... Thanks for the fine recipe Duane!

This was very easy and delicious. I used it as a marinade for about an hour or two before grilling the fillets on the charcoal grill.

I recommend marinating the fish for at least 15 minutes. The sauce recipe is so good you want to taste it. Thanks Duane! We made it with the Tomato Cucumber Dill weed salad! So fresh and summery!

Since I didn't have halibut, I used this on salmon filet strips threaded onto skewers and it was really good! To add some color, I sprinkled fish with parsley before grilling.

Wonderful! Double the marinade sauce and if you have the time let halibut marinate in fridge for 5 - 10 minutes. Really good!
