I made this last night for a halloween party. It was the first thing to go. Everyone loved it. I left out the cilantro because 1) I don't like it and 2) I didn't have it on hand. But it was a huge hit. Will definitely make it again.

These are very good, the only change I would make is to cook onions and take out of skillet until the bacon is cooked, then add the onions and the brown sugar. If you do it as the recipe says, your onions will start to burn before you bacon is done.
