I also did this in the crock pot... Mixed ketchup w/ chili sauce for more zing, exchanged honey for the sugar, and combined several different mustard varieties (honey, brown, and dijon) and added extra onions to the meat and slow cooked for about 6-7 hrs. Added chopped green peppers the last half hour for color. Great blend... not too sweet, just the perfect TANG! Yum!!

My boyfriend loved this! I'm not a big turkey person, but I tried a bit and even thought it was good. I left out the mustard. I sort of expected it to be alittle saucy but it wasn't at all, overall it was a quick, tasty sandwich.

Delicious! I simmered a bit longer and served on hoagie rolls with sweet yellow peppers on top, oven fries on the side.

Very good! It reminds me of a Carolina BBQ. Vinegary bite, not too sweet. I added some liquid smoke to add a little more depth to the flavor. This is a keeper.

This added some much-needed flavor to deli turkey. I slivered the turkey and simmered it in the sauce, and ate it as an open-faced sandwich smothered with mozzarella/asiago cheese, broiled until melted.

Such an easy lunch recipe & good use for turkey leftovers. I served this on butter-toasted rolls w/ some shredded cheddar on top. YUM!

This was really good. Added some cayene pepper & used white vinegar b/c it was all I had. Served it over cornbread muffins instead of sandwiches. Great way to use up leftover turkey!

This was a great way to use our leftover Thanksgiving turkey. So quick and easy! I like mine a little more tangy so I added extra vinegar, I also added about a tablespoon of bottled BBQ sauce for some added smokey flavor. Turned out great!!! I'll be using this one again in the future!
