Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown steak in oil over medium-high heat; drain. Combine the barbecue sauce, honey and sugar; pour over meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened and meat is tender.
