INGREDIENTS
3 pounds pork spareribs
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
Place ribs on a jelly roll pan. Cover tightly with foil; bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes or until tender. Drain off any fat. In a saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F; bake, uncovered, for 1 hour, basting frequently.

This recipe was simply delicious. We used a pretty generic barbecue sauce, and it still turned out great. The first time I had ever attempted ribs, and my boyfriend was very impressed! Thanks for sharing.
